Cancellation Period

Refund Processing
If your cancellation is accepted, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the request or returned goods. We will refund via the same payment method you used. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
To qualify for a return or refund:
The goods or services must not have been used, altered, or damaged.
The return request must be within the time frame (1 day) unless otherwise agreed.
Non-returnable Items / Services
Customized or bespoke services specifically made to your instructions.
Services already performed / delivered or consultations already completed.
Goods/services that, by their nature, cannot be returned (perishable, time-sensitive, etc.)
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if conditions are not met. In case of physical goods being returned, we are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping — please use insured, trackable courier service. We cannot issue a refund until we actually receive the goods or proof of delivery.
Only regular priced services/goods are eligible for refunds. Discounted, promotional, or special-rate services are not refundable unless required by applicable laws.
The Service and its original content (excluding content you provide) — features, functionality, design, graphics, etc. — are and will remain the exclusive property of Kanchan Agro Land and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Use of our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without prior written approval is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts in the jurisdiction where Kanchan Agro Land is based (Mira Road East / or as appropriate).
